The conventional presentation of a person with Pile is bleeding, usually during bowel movement. The bleeding connected with Pile smears the stool or the tissue paper, while the feces are negative for blood smudges. Many cases for Piles are painless, unless there is consequent thrombosis. Moreover, even though patients may complain of blistering or prickling, the reality is that Piles do not prickle or blister. It is the anal lining which is the spot of pruritis, and is commonly the cause of bad hygiene in the region.

Internal hemorrhoids can be especially painful, especially those that prolapse through the rectum. In order to heal, prolapsed hemorrhoids need to be reduced and replaced inside the rectum. People can do this at home with a clean finger by gently pushing the hemorrhoid in and holding it for a minute, to help it stay in place. To make sure it stays inside, try laying on your back for several minutes afterwards, so gravity isn't working against you. Also, some people swear by inserting potato suppositories for relief of internal hemorrhoid swelling. If home methods fail, you may need to visit your doctor for other options. For internal hemorrhoids, these include placing a rubber band around the hemorrhoid, injecting a chemical to dissolve the blood vessel associated with the hemorrhoid, infrared treatment, laser removal and surgical removal. When it comes to prolapsed hemorrhoids, typically surgical excision is recommended.

The best medicine for piles is to prevent it. We can do this by using lot of fruits, and vegetables and avoiding non-veg in our diet. Apart from this take one teaspoonful of methi powder and put it in a small glass of water. Stir well and leave it for 15 minutes and have it before taking any thing in the early morning. As far as possible, avoid eating spicy food and do not sit for more than half an hour in one strech. Dhanurasana and Shalabhasana in the early morning are the best yogasanas helpful in avoiding piles.

Piles is a growth in and around the rim of our rectum. Some of the known causes are, hereditary or due to dryness in the area around rectum. But mostly, constipation leads to it and worsens the conditions of piles which might start bleeding. A very easy and tested way to prevent is to have a lot of Reddish (in hindi- "Muli"), but then one which is sweet in taste not very spicy or tangy. Make it a regular featyre of your diwet for the whole of winters and I think you can keep them under control. Operations (both, drying them up and operating them), always have a probability of them surfacing again.
You can also try making "KHEER" of sweet muli. Just replace gratted muli with Ric and have a helping everyday, throughout the winters, and
AVOID:- Deep fried eatables, Spices, Alchohol, and other products which lead to constipation (including eggs)
Have a lot of water (8-10 glasses in a day), Have a Glass of JUST luke warm water 15 mins after your meals also. Have lot of fibre in your die ...more
