Under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 if one party does not pay supplementary deposits as set by the arbitration panel, what are the outcomes. Furthermore under section38 if the claimant pays the share of the respondent will an ex parte order be passed or can the petitioner carry on and participate in the proceedings. Assuming the petitioner is stalling to have an award passed because of the weakness of his case.
