It is a fairly big city and a district headquarter of Kanshi Ram Nagar district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh with a population of approx 92500. It is famous for chaat and sonpapdi.The main attraction of Kasganj is Nadrai Ka Pul,Prabhu park,Chamunda temple etc. Kasganj city is now declared as district and officially, it's renamed as Kanshi Ram Nagar; however in day-to-day life it continues to be called as Kasganj as before. The City is Very Famous for its High quality education
