Hi! Eat a low fat, well balanced diet. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones. Eat a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.
Walk, cycle, swim or do aerobics 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes at a brisk, non stop pace.

Reduce intake of carbs & fat and increase protien intake.
Eat small amounts of food at regular intervals. Drink a lot of fluids like water, fruit & vegetable juices. Have sprouts and salads as much as possible.
30-45 mins of regular exercise or brisk walk early morning is equally needed.

A safe and effective weight loss plan is one which not only helps you lose weight but also keeps you healthy while following the plan and afterwards, as well. Also, it should provide all the necessary nutrients to your body so that you are not kept starving throughout the day. It should be balanced and suitable and according to your needs and schedule. Also, it should reduce the amount of carb intake and provide high proteins essential for the body. Exercise is even an important part of your weight loss diet plan.

It depends on body nature. Best bet is take healthy and timely food. do n't leave stomach empty for more than 2 hrs. Doing household work ourself helps to some extent. Light exercise and walking to burn energy over and above normal.
Honey & lemmon in hot water in empty stomach and consumption of lemmon tea would help to some extent.
