Itz basically RCC panels are prefabricated at factory on insitu and assemble it. I hv worked on few feasibility study and is more suitable from requirement point of view rather than economics especially where finding river bed sand and bricks is difficult.
I also hv come across timber based prefab bldgs. again they are also expensive only and meant cater to higher end category.
