All politicians have some or the other criminal case against them. Lokpal is only for corruption probing not criminal one !

Why 20 percent it should be much more than that., there is hardly any poltician in India who does not have any charge against him/her even the so called most honest person, mr mms, is charged with colluding with a raja or helping a raja

It is the real picture everywhere in INDIA (Including KANIMOJI & RAJA State).
Theves are eveywhere irrespective od States.
Your outdated CONSTITUTION and ...........judiciary is primarily responsible for this.
Corrupt & rogue POLITICIANS can not afford to dig their own graves by enacting stringent LAWS and their strictest executions.
BUT the facts remain that in not a single SCAM CASE in India, West Bengal people is involved so far.
(Out of 2.90 lac. crores of scams so far since 1950).
BUT your noble CONSTITUTION & .........................Judiciary failed to hang a single person since 1950.

One is not a criminal until he is convicted.that is the tenet of the indian Penal Code penned by Macaulay in 1895,unless the code is rewritten,we have to live with such instances.
