The materialistic age has generated enormous stress,strain and tensions. We love being modern. We strive extremely hard to achieve excellence in the zero error syndrome. We have become far too sensitive. We react too violently to minor things which do not even concern us.
We are responsible for all the miseries that we encounter in our day-to-day life.
We ought to wriggle our way out from this mess we self create. We ought to learn tosay NO.
We must draw a line or a LAXMAN REKHA beyond which we must not allow any DEMON to enter and disturb our peace of mind.
We ought to learn to take our criticism in our stride.
There are other virtues like patience, contentment...........

The first and foremost step to keep your calm is to take a deep breath. Breathing deeply can ease your tense muscles and reduce your stress level like nothing else. This will allow you to respond in a controlled fashion. Very soon, the waves of epinephrine running through your veins will become manageable and soothe you from within.
Relax for around five long minutes doing simply nothing. Close your eyes and try recalling some happy and amusing memories of the past. Or try viewing things in a positive perspective. For instance, if you got a bashing by your boss in front of your colleagues and you are filled with anger and shame, be calm thinking you at least have the job when everyone around is losing theirs. Or think of the day you got a promotion and your boss wholeheartedly appreciated your abilities.

I listen to music.Try to do all my duties by myself than depending on others.Try my best to avoid negative people.Try to stay with the kids and people with positive thinking.

Troubles and stresses are the part of life.So better handle them when they are near you.Other times try to entertain yourself.As thinking about trouble will not make you away from them.Enjoy life.If its too hard.Read fairy tales,comics,religious books or do some yoga,meditation or sleep.

Think positive,eat healthy and smile.

In whatever conditions you are in pl take your food at right time and sleep for at least 6 to 7 hrs...
