What has happened in Uttarakhand? Why the really ruling person person i.e. CM is not elected by any citizen of Uttarakhand? Do you think It is a Democracy?

Everyone of the elected MLAs wants to be the chief Minister,so the Party President had to suggest a compromise name from outside.

Cm bahuguna has been forced by high command for which supporters of harish rawat are protesting and boycotted oath swearing now high command is trying to pressurise rawat but things will be clear when vote of confidence will be moved but anyhow horse trading and instability will continue,
