No they want to get political milage out of this . Creating boundaries would never help the people of any place. By the way, we have seen the example of Uttaranchal ,Chattisgarh and Jharkhand. these states have made no improvements . It is high time that we realise that these politicians are selfish parochial intransigent creatures who just want to become chief minister and ministers to further their political existence ,standing like pseudo saviors of innocent masses. Majority of Andra Pradesh is against making of Telengana and with Minority support no one can get telengana. This is waste of time & creating lot of problem to comman man which is no better than cheating ignorant people ,as if milk and honey would be flowing after achieving Telangana State . This is just another way of Dividing India.

No, Telangana should not be separated from Andhra Pradesh. All Telugu biddlau are one and the same whether they are from Telangana, Coastal Andhra or Rayalaseema. We are one and we will continue to be one. This current crisis has been precipitated by poltical activists from the state and the Centreto derive political mileage. We should not succumb to this political machiavellenism. The economic problems in Telangana cannot be solved by separation of the state. We can solve the problems in Andhra Pradesh only if all of us stay together and work hard for thr prosperity of the entire state. Jai Andhra. Jai Telugu Bhasha. Jai Telugu prajalu.

Creation of small states on the basis of administration may be considered necessary for the sake of faster growth, smooth administration and quickest execution of policy framed by the government and also the best monitoring of the plan and policy executed at the ground level. But what is the guarantee that small states will function properly and there will be all round development. There are still many states like Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Mizorem, Jharkhand, Chattishgarh etc where no sign of development or growth is visible because entire energy is lost in change of government. State government is too small to be stable. There are many tiny political parties and groups which have got no actual party manifesto or plan to do work. There is more dirty politics and tug of war for power (and the money they earn through power) among politicians of various colour and group. Democracy is meant for people but in fact Government in these smaller states is for political party leaders, by t ...more

NO.It is a very bad scenario which is happening in AndhraPradesh right now.We do not appreciate to divide the state, which may lead to communal violence, which will further affect peace and harmony in the society.

No sir. AS a matter of fact I don't think there needs to be a Telengana, Maharashtra, Kashmir or KErala. Why can't we have REPUBLIC OF INDIA????? I wish ppl would go on hunger strikes or fasts for that cause.

you can divide India into Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western administrative sectors and then subdivide them into ZONES and then subdivide them further into BLOCS or whatever fancy name u think of in a uniform, secular fashion done in the name of INDIA.

What is surprising is that no INDIAN politician dies for INDIA. The only group who IRONICALLY said "INDIA" ever in their manifesto were the .....Maoists *sigh*. Every one else says Maharashtrian mahasabha gang, Muslim hardcore gang, TAmil Nadu panthers gang, Bramhan gang, and when u get to caste u have SC gang, OBC gang, FC gang, BC gang, man what is this a gangsta rap or what?

Seriously, we nned INDIA INDIA INDIA!

Greed for money and nepotism blinded our political system to such a extent that today our leader is ready to fall for anything.our politician are following the British policy...DIVIDE and RULE....and the people who are supporting this strategy are driving the benefit of being a democratic. I am also not understanding yet what has happen to student community in spite of opposing divide and rule policy they are ready to be a part of this environment.....today govt has approved the telangana as a state... tomorrow they approve gorkha land as new state..... this is nothing but a way to enlarge the vote bank.............JAI HIND

Small state is better for administration&progress of the State. But our experience in India is quite different.Small state means more post for politicians &more corruption and less development work and less allocation of budget. Hence separate Telangana is not appropriate.
