Q.
An honest scientist working in ISRO and putting India among select nations with space launch capabilities gets rewarded few lakhs of rupees for his lifelong dedication and hard work. On the other hand a cricketer like Dhoni starts playing cricket in late teens and after 10 years gets rewarded with 100 crores per year. Clearly the public has misplaced priorities when it comes to recognizing indivisual's contribution. In society where majority are ignorant only ignorants can get rewarded. Comments pls.

True...and the list goes on...the average salary of a middle level executive in these areas is 30-40k and they spend those extra hours with dedication and devotion which none of the software company employees own... but the salary and perks for them are enormous...besides that their employer shows them the way... for...how to save or evade tax... the govt. employee do not have anything to hide and the tax cut is before they receive the pay...
An DRDO employee gets the award of Rs. 5000, one PSU officer gets a reward of Rs. 2000 and government feels that things are done...Same level of work recognised by private sectors fetches an award of 3.5 lakhs...whom to blame?
