I thought Bank of America bought over Merill Lynch and Morgan Stanley became a commercial bank? Could you please check the fact?

The reporter has stated that Bank of America bought over Morgan Stanlet which is incorrect!!

I think so! It is Merril Lynch and not Morgan Stanley!
