The design of the Formula One (F1) cars and rules of F1 racing are under the control of the Paris-based Fdration International de l\'Automobile (FIA). F1, type of racecar used in Grand Prix automobile racing that will have set of rules to follow. Grand Prix races are usually held on special closed-circuit racetracks or closed streets in and around cities.

This year we had few news terms like diffuser, KERS and also news rules on tyres. i think 2010 will introduce more new rules.
