Hi!
1- Get regular exercise including cardio, weight training & stretching
2- Eat a low fat diet. Have 5-6 small meals in the day instead of 2-3 heavy ones & have a light dinner 3 hrs before bedtime.
3- Get regular health checks.

I would suggest you to take Transfer Factor Tri Factor for 6 weeks , You would find total change in your health and in appearanceO stay healthy, we required balanced food which contained proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, few fats, omega 3 fatty acid and lot of water. Unfortunately, todays busy a fast life dose not permit us to have such a balance food. \"Transfer factor is the gift from nature that supplies the essential tools for the regulation of our immune systems, in order to properly address the challenges we face in today\'s toxic world. transfer factor provides the body with an arsenal of defense, unleashing the true power of the immune system.\"

Listen.
Listening is a very good thing. Your body tells us a lot. It always gives us enough signals (e.g. when does it need sweet or salt or rest or exercise). If we learn to listen to these signals well, health will take care of itself.
