We celebrate Pongal - with Sweet Pongal rise - Lemon Rice - White Pongal - Curd Rice -- with many side dishes and with Sugarcane - Ginger Plant - Turmeric Plant - Decorate with Mango leaves - coconut tree leaves - Kolam ( Designs ) etc;

Wishing a HAPPY PONGAL Sir......We here at Bengal celebrate the 15th December as POUSH SANKRANTI /MAKAR SANKRANTI.....We prepare a lot of Sweets like Pitaha , Puli ,Payes with newly harvested Rice.
