What factors will improve further bilateral relations with neighbours (China,Bangladesh,Ceylon & Pakistan )?

1.
Till such time Big Brothers US and China are supporting our neighbours against us, all efforts will appear futile. We need to further strengthen our national strengths. Unfortunately there are many compulsions - including the political ones.
