It's ufourfeightd, read as samurai. Meaning is obvious military nobility in older Japanese times. It can also refer to just simply warrior depends on the age and the context what samurai means, it is usually samurai.",

It's probably read as "aishi" or "ai-samurai" this is not an actually used word so there is no rule which reading to use.
