I believe in "An Indian company has the liberty to make any product in India, unlike a foreign company. Therefore we should think big and out-of-the-box. My biz funda will be - Keep up the innovation based on existing resources. I act tough when - People do not perform up to expectations or make excuses out of laziness. I dare to encourage even my business rivals to do better in their field. Anything that would strengthen the Indian economy. I would never - Grease someone's palm to get the job done. Your views if you differ??

"------->What if u were expected to load ur goods worth Rs. 5 crores on that Italy bound ship on the 25th...u do everything on time, u deliver well, the buyer is happy, the products are ready to be loaded onto ship. RIGHT THEN, what if u get a call from Senor Chupacabra (a legendary beast which kills ppl by sucking blood SPOTLESS DRY)....also known as CUSTOMS?!
Given Indian business law, even if u filled all the formalities correctly, I can combine at least 5 different loopholes and "but then" clauses & throw it on u to make it seem lik u did a mistake. Or if u hav to ship on the 25th, and u get a call from CUstoms on the 24th, I don't think u have much choices to "explore ur options".... U either get ur order destroyed, or u grease palms. Sadly, countries beginning w/ the letter "I"- India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Ireland- at least- work this way. And when the nazis call u they don't ask 4 1 percent or 2 percent or a fe ...more
