What does SSC and HSC stand for, I mean X th & XII th standard.?
I am a bit confused & have to fill up a form ,
Why cant they simply say 10 th & 12 th marks

SSC (Secondary school Certificate) 10th
HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) 12th

Ssc is secondary school certificate=10th
hsc= higher secondary certificate=12th

SSC was old education format -means Secondary School Certificate - or called as Matriculation-the 11th std in school. HSC now means Higher Secondary Certificate equivelent to 12th std.
