We in towns, having light for limited hours, it is not there from 4 a.m . to 10 a.m.; old houses are converted in to RCC roof, no verandah and courtyard, now after 4 a.m. to 10 then at non then in the evening 5 to 7,
these conditions affirm that first of your question not only darkness but now the non airy houses are being troublesome/ Houses were built on the self assumed confidence that when electricity is reaching villages there is enough production of it , town will never suffer . But if proved wrong; neither town nor villages are benefitted, both are weeping.
