While "'Tracer bullet" bullet has said it perfectly, let me talk about some technicality of Anderson arrest and release. ',

While everyone is mulling over the release of Anderson, I am confused over his arrest.

On December threerd one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four, police registered FIR in this case and very next day, state government, handed over the case to CBI. On fiveth of December one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four, senior CBI officers arrived from Delhi to Bhopal and on sixth December one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-four at ten AM, CBI registered a fresh FIR and started the investigation. As soon as the case is handed over to CBI, state police neither had powers to arrest nor had powers to release. How did state police arrest him on seventh December at three:zero PM and release him on bail at five:zero PM?

CBI admitted first charge sheet against Anderson on thirtyth November one thousand, nine hundred and eighty-seven.

Of course Rajiv Gandhi wa ...more
