Let the report come out, it will be too immature to make any comments right now. they are expected to be fair and impartial. they should only report about hard facts and not favour either Beoing or Air India.
let us wait and see which way the things go. but so far they have always given correct factual reports as long as I remember

These are industry based investigation and ICAO and IATA too accept these/their reports .
The newly formed government-industry initiative have its own credential and whether one individual accept or non accept them hardly makes any difference on various proceedings .
The members of these expert groups are as follows :
