What does a girl /woman really means...when she says "NO" to the question which most of the guys/men always wished to listen "YES" ?

An age-old myth indeed. No means NO.
Well sometimes, a girl would not be able to decide and therefore she would hedge around a "no" without ever saying it, in hopes that the guy will do it and she can claim no responsibility. But that's game-playing, and dangerous as hell on the part of the girl.
As a guy one has to understand that ya can get a girl very aroused, just like ya get aroused, by kissing and all kind of foreplay, which she might thoroughly enjoy, but without her ever agreeing to do it. Her arousal may lead the guy to assume that she is ready and wants to do it, and at that point, a "no" may seem awfully weak, but must be respected by the guy.
