When judge says order reserved when CBI is not opposing bail what comes to your mind ?

Judges are equally paid public servents - and delays in judgements / hearings etc. costs the State with additional burden- THE CONSTITUTION must make provision to deduct the costs, from their salaries, for causing additional cost-burden on the State.
