The law does nothing to reform criminals. we are talking about india and not UK. here they are treated like dirt in jails. i have seen the real position in my social service.
the aim must be to curb crime , eliminate crime and not criminal. in this case , sanjay dutt had a 20 year crime free life , he is a reformed man and in no way danger to society. so he deserves mercy

He doesn't deserve any punsishment. Naive he was. Okay. Naivity crime? no sir. Live and let live. childishness is crime? so punish all children playing with toys.
