Revenge is always the weak pleasure of a little and narrow mind,said Juvenal.Do you agree with his view?If so,could you define the meaning of "sweet revenge". Can revenge ever be sweet? isn't it a negative emotion or feeling?

No I dont agree with this ..Because Revenge cannot be allways the weak pleasure of a little and narrow mind ...harming some one in retaliation for something harmful thay have done needs a strong mind ,and its cant be termed as a weak pleasure ,but as justice......
Revenge is an act of passion; vengeance of justice. Injuries are revenged; crimes are avenged.
By taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing over it, he is superior , is nt allways right ....
well "sweet revenge " is something like revenge but it doesnt hurt the other person but its makes him or her happy so its called sweet :))) so a revenge can be sweet soothing , its nt a negative emotion or feeling ..

He is very much right. To revenge is easy and one may find satisfaction in it without considering the consequence. It could be far-fetched. It is not an emotion or feeling. It is just a reaction of retaliation. It becomes narrow minded and sinful. Whereas to forgive is always noble and only great person can forgive. So, to forgive is great and to revenge is always a sin.
