Yes ofcourse. India is the defending champion with some players like Seresh Raina, Rohit sharma, Yousuf Pathan, R.P.Singh etc in much good form than the last year.

T2O is really unpredictable so all the top test playing nations are in with a chance to win the cup but the fact is INDIA is too good for them and so definately yes INDIA are the favourites to win the world T20 once more.
