Who so ever had given the order to release the Methyl isocynate gas should be punished by giving him life imprisonment. He should have consulted doctors and scientists before taking the decision. And also informed the public about it at least 15 days before so that they could be evacuated.

Already the damage has been done, that is, the victims have been denied justice. 26 years have gone by!
At the most the culprits can be punished by maximum. Anderson should be brought to India to stand trial. We can't bring the dead back to life, neither can the affected thousands be revived to proper health. But for the records sake, the people responsible for the tragedy should marked and punished properly befitting the blunder they have done!

It was known that many thosand people have been killed. What investigation was required. It was only due to negligence and carelessness. Therefore, immediately the entire management including the top and the owner should have been put in the jail and the life imprisonment should have been decided within a week's time. All those thousand in number killed ,were inncent,so if even few innocent were put in the jail ,nothing was wrong in that.Invesigation and other things should have been started after this to find out whether any more was left out.25 years have taken to find out the culprits. And that too what is the finding and punishment decided. The whole world must be laughing on this worsed ever disaster. The whole country has been fooled on this.
