Do a google search, see http://devoracles.com/gone-fishing-sorry-phishing-fdicgov/36 1 as in yes, it's a bad e-mail, with a trojan

If the recipient is you, way worry if you are not entitled to it just put it in FD till it is claimed bythe right recipent.
