Mr Digvijay Singh, Congress, had said that he did not rule out the involvement of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in the Mumbai serial blasts, evoking strong reaction from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)...why BJP...why did the RSS not react to this statement?

Maybe the policy of RSS is that not to give him respectability by taking his words seriously. It does not have to win any elections. Politicians can say anything. Can he prove it in the court?
BJP's approach is different because it wants to use every opportunity for electoral advantage.
