or no work at home than sleep

Watch a movie in the daytime. It won't make you sleepy. But studies & Books will do for sure..

You can splash cold water on your face in the bathroom, drink some coffee or tea (that has caffeine if you want), pinch yourself hard, or drink tons of water so you want to go to the bathroom. If you need to go to the bathroom and you hold it in, it'll keep you alert so you'll be awake. Of course, holding it in for a long time isn't healthy, but you can hold it in for a while (or up to the point where you're about to wet your pants) You can also think about funny or scary things from the past. If you really need to, then take a cold shower, or take a 10 minute nap. You can also stretch or do a couple of jumping jacks to get you energized.
