No permanent grudge against any one.
Do not keep any job pending for a long which may cause tension.
AVOID BEING SHORT TEMPERED.
Consume reasonably good amount of water.
Light exercise with Pranayam daily in the morning followed by about 4 Kms of brisk walking etc.
