1st u have daily walking....... 10-15 min...
and diet control ..... Lungh and Dinner (reduce food)
and important one is oil........ u reduce so much OIL...

Don;t eat too much at one time.
Eat a cup of rice and walk for 10 mts immediately and after two hours have little and walk.,
This way i practised and now iam 52 kg from 65 kgs
