Hi Lapez. The first and foremost step is to keep yourself hydrated with plenty of water. Increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut down on coffee, tea. Opt for seasoned buttermilk, lime juice, coconut water. Skin looks good when it is purged off toxins and impurities that cleanses skin. Avoid the use of soaps containing harsh chemicals and detergents. Instead opt for a soap free face wash. Moisturising is an important step in skin care regime. When indoors, apply a generous dose of a good vitamin e based cream containing Ale Vera. Some of them include Venusia, Elovera, Dove. Use it twice a day. Honey smoothens the skin. Rose water acts as a good toner.
