In case students from the professional cources should mould them in to job givers ,what are the steps required to be taken by universities / collages /finantial institutions and students.

The basic quality of education is not making them as job seekers, but to mould their knowledge and make them self confident in what they study. If the institution where they study fulfill these aspects the job will come automatically to these students.

There should no to be campus interviews( there are politics even in campus interview) in college....everyone has to excel when they come out of college.....
loan should be given for students ......
students should believe in them and in their strengths......
