The question is not clear as '... knowshim well' can have many connotations, suggestions implications. Is he a friendly neighbour? Then he won't do such a thing. Is he a neighbour with an evil eye on her? Is he a new acquaintance who recently came to her house with her brother? Is he her friend's brother who has just come home from abroad? So on and so forth.
Therefore, the answer depends on the clear situation and position of the young man whom she "... knows him well?'
