PM working as not the Executive Head. Hence no problem, one can work as the same as long as he enjoys the confidence of his Boss.

1. to avoid the unnecessary political disputs in and among the party leadeers ....... 2nd. more time he wil continue as the PM , more Rahul will gain the knowledge about politics and Job discrition of PM ...... so that in the near future Sonia can declare Rahul as PM ........ this is nothing but to mantain the balance .....

The only compulsion is he is not corrupt but unable to control corruption too is a sin, he should use this opurtunity to do justice to the seat he has in possession.
