Central government cannot escape its responsibility to handle the problems related to naxalism and save he country from the danger posed by naxalite groups, by anti national forces acting from inside the country. That's what they also don't know. That's why they are not even ready to accept the offer of talks given by the HM. They are the misguided lot having no sure plans or progammes in life. They don't discriminate the politicians, the Forces or innocent civilians but kill them to spoil the peace and tranquility of the Country.

Naxals & Maoist are poor and frustrated and exploited people( few are uneducated) by the system, landlords, babus, police, political leaders..... and who have become rebels. In the initial stage they tried all those way outs which are considered to be a gentlemen way, to solve their problems but have been ditched every time by promises only which were not fulfilled. You very well know the condition of the judicial system in india.
They simply want to remove corruption in their area.Every man should get his due. They are supported by the local people a lot they are running a parallel govt. in the villages.
