Always keep out of trouble by minding your own business be it work or familiar places. This helps you to keep out of trouble and not get hurt... Do not jump to conclusions in a conversation... be quick to listen slow to speak.. think before you add or comment. Do not interfere if it does not concern you rather be silent and walk away... If you are in a discussion and as much as it is hard to stomach criticism try and take the point and learn from it by being adult .

Be accountable to yourself and try to enjoy your work. The one thing you should never do at work is to compare the amount of work you do with respect to that of your colleagues because it is a sure shot way of lack of motivation and confidence in yourself. Set your own targets keeping in view your limitations.
