1.
The national animal of India should be changed to COW. Cows have been revered in India. They are next to mother because they give milk and many children for any reason not able to get milk from their mother, survive on cow's milk. Cows is considered as 'Ghai mata' and it is, therefore, apt that cow should be our national animal.

I think Cow... it is used in agricultural fields in many rural parts of India...Moreover, it provides us with milk and may be many religious connection in Hindu mythology....

LION is displayed in our coins . The TOP of the Ashoka Pillar with LIONS finds place in all the publicity material of the Govt. It would be appropriate to announce LION as National Animal for India. LIOn is symbol of bravery
