Not only reason of influence, caste, region, bribary, the awarded or cup winner is living without job and selling the awarded cup for his daily need is a sameful thing(except in cricket), thus give the future security to those who are registering the name of India in the world of sport.

Unfortunately, majority of the sports participants are selected not purely merity basis but on many other criterion such as recommendation, influence, caste, creed, bribe etc. Many politicians are entering in the selection process. As a result, though we are spending lot of money on the sports events in India and abroad, we are unable to get the awards/rewards proportionately. Further after properly selecting, the participants must be provided with rigorous training. Further, they must be induced with determination. Then only we can expect improvement in standards of sport in India.

No political interference, Cricket focussed thinking to be stopped and all games to be given priority, facility to be given to the performers to enhance their ability in the form of training etc..., Proper infra structure to be made, talent hunts to made to find out the talented people and for giving them special attention.
