What bothers u more about growing old....the loss of physical abilities or the fact that time is running out to fulfill ur aspirations?

It is not actually anything about it being something to bother about, so as to cause unhappiness or trouble the mind or being disconcerted about. Growing old in the context that you have mentioned, however much we wish the other way, is a natural progression of our physical life of the existence on this planet. That means, time doesn't wait for us and not only doesn't wait for us, it takes us along with it as it ticks away.
Then is it a fear? No, it isn't a fear too. At every stage in our early life, I am sure many of us would have given a thought to the idea that time stands still and we are left to be where we are. Of course, we would have heard from others how each stage of life is, how beautiful it is but hearing and living it ourself is another matter altogether. And when we ourself reached that stage, we found it isn't after all bad and then would settle down to the view that each stage has its own beauty, excitement and wonder to make it worth living.
