You are 100% right. Our Constitution desperately needs a new look! It was made with people who were still under the hangover from the freedom struggle. They were myopic (all 300 of them), when it came to creating a Constitution for free India. The biggest blunder by them was re-organising the Nation creating States on the basis f language. Of course things are permanent now, but surely reservation policies / article 370, different laws for different communities, even the British model Parliamentary System needs to be reviewed.
Is this system compatible with Indians, most of who are more literate but less educated.

Quite a few sections of Constitn. are quoted by various Legal authorities as redundant and therefore, the entire thing needs a refurbishing and re-enactment keeping the needs of today in view.

Yes, it is high time we should look in to it to amend once for all , everytime these so called politicians keep on amending to their advantage in the name of cast creed and genderthey keep one changing. the final athority should be with the supreme coulrt .who shold investigate assess the pro and cons of amendment before giving the green signal
