There is nothing called as "healthy flirting" according to me ...Flirting cannot be a decent thing to do, so your question "..flirting...in a decent disciplined manner.." is totally matchless ...be it online or reality !!!

For most of them..I am old fashioned...actually too different from the people of my age group...conservative...adhering to the old school of thought....I either give it back duly(in case of a known person) and if coming from an unknown quarter,I treat it as simple balderdash...gibberish and nonsensical nothing...and move ahead ignoring it completely...I do not entertain these kind of fun !
