Same use as in winters...not much different except temperature variation..

Taking a bath is cleaning the whole part of your body, which is advisable than just wiping it with a wet towels. it help you prevent skin diseases and some not related to skin diseases like sores.... i think some sores comes out because of hot body temperature....
if its the water your hating, then adjust the temperature of it....
taking a bath everyday is a very good hygiene, and you should try to practice it everyday, its for your good, and for the people around you....
