Symptoms to insanity can be obvious or ambiguous. An insane person can mumble to themself or simple stare off into space without noticing anything around them. An insane person may see and hear things that are not there. An insane person may engage in extremely dangerous behaviour that can risk their health and the health of those around them. Often an insane person doesn't know they are insane
