There is no side effects on hand practice. But try to reduce it.

It may affect you in the long run..Bcoz u will have fantasies and you think of beauties while u handle.After marriage after few years u might get bored of ur wife & start thinking beauties & handle again if this continues beyond limit you will face problems doing practically with ur wife.Handling is not a problem should be in limits.
