What are the positives and negatives of eating onion and garlic?

Unless you are allergic to onions or garlic or dont like their smell both or dont like their taste I recommend including them in your meals. Onions and garlic help reduce cholesterol, risk of cancer, improve blood sugar-regulating ability, have antibiotic-type properties and contain sulfur-containing phytonutrients.
