Since the underskin is cut , the bad or impure particles do not get stored under the under skin , thus protecting us from veneral diseases. it also helps penetrate well in a relationship between man and woman. it is good in many ways

Less chance of aquiring A I D S hetero se xually.
Almost complete elimination of the risk of penile cancer.
