Q.

When we sling mud into somebody, we are not aware of the fact that we are getting ourselves dirty. What will one really get by defaming others? What is your response to such a person who does mudslinging?

Its d worst act in which 1 wastws his/her energy
we resort toit only when we r jealous of some 1 or we have a big ego.
by doing so we unveil our weakness and tarnish our image
we invite more problems by doing so.
as we befriend a lot.
when such people harasse i maintain a low profile and just dont answer
but if one exceeds limits i know how to keep them quite
the best way is perform much better.

Defamation comes out of jealousy and initially, the person feels satisfied having successfully defamed someone close. His/her ego gets bloated. Strictly speaking, it is not worth our time to deal with such persons and make them understand. The more you get disturbed, they will derive pleasure. So, I would at best avoid them and make sure that I do not develop this negative trait and keep away from slandering others.

Instances of picking a lotus or rose out of dirt or throns are always rare, admiring the beauty of moon ignoring the spot not randomly witnessed, sharing other's happiness has already a matter of past...to win a race even at the cost of other's lives have become the style of day to day life...not feeling safe has become part n parcel of life...wats been happening is that we are trying to go against basics and ethics of life...even Newton's Law says every action has a reaction...but people hardly bothers to think so...core reason of such attitude might be a person's failure to recognise himself/herself well giving birth to the desease "Jealousy".if u understand urself well, u wud certainly understand others...without understanding urself , if u try to understand others, the effort wil give u a wrong picture full of illusion...and people make mistake...wat i feel they dont get anything , rather they lose everything within no time inspite of the fact that they are blessed well....I just r ...more

Muktha,This attitude arise from inherrent jealousy which make them unable to accept someones glory, goodness, talent ,pottentials ,credibility or sometimes even for no particular reason. To overtake or beat the person may be his/her inefficiency ,so finally he/she opt cheap or unreasonable methods to defame the person inorder to get the ego satisfied.

I can pity them only.
They fail to affect me.
Call it whatever,I have won over any such weakness of mine, which would make me react towards such pitiable lot.
They need desperate measures to cure them, which is not my concern for sure.
