The Minister for Labour and Employment Mr.Oscar Fernandes observed that the killing of Mr.Chowdry CEO of a company is a warning to other managements, Is he a law abiding citizen and is he correct in his observation that too as a Mainister, Obviously the police will be reluctant to proceed with the murder case. No wonder even if the police after investivation declare that Mr.Chowdry committed suicide. Am I right ?

Mr Oscar is wrong. Due to market slump, if retrenchments are imperative, then in that case, companies should think of such plans that do not make employers take drastic action. After all, in India, population is beyond limit, everyone needs money to run house hold. Either Government do something to curb population or do something to give employment to people .
Companies if go on sacking people , where should they go??
